1. What we collect
When you buy a license, we collect your name, email address, and payment details (handled by our payment processor — we don't store full card numbers ourselves) to process the order and issue your license key. When a licensed product checks for updates or validates its license, it sends its license key and site identifier to our licensing API — no content from your site itself is transmitted.
2. What we don't collect
Azvian products are self-hosted. We don't have access to the data inside your installation — your customers, your content, your subscriber lists, whatever lives inside the software you run on your own server stays there.
3. How we use your information
To process purchases, issue and validate license keys, deliver software updates, and respond to support requests. We don't sell your information to third parties.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic patterns — no cross-site ad tracking.
5. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete your account and purchase records (subject to what we're required to keep for tax and accounting purposes) by emailing us.
