Audit any website's SEO from your own computer.
Azvian SEO Desktop checks a page, or crawls a whole site, against more than 25 on-page and technical checks: titles and descriptions, headings, images, links, social previews, structured data, speed, HTTPS, robots.txt, your sitemap and broken links. You get a score, a plain explanation and a fix for everything that fails, and you can keep a report as HTML (print it to PDF), CSV or JSON. It is one small program for Windows and Linux. It works on any website, with no accounts and no monthly fee, and your audit history stays on your own computer.

Audit a single address in seconds, or crawl up to 500 pages. The crawler follows your internal links, honours robots.txt, and reports a page that several addresses lead to only once.

Private by design
Audits run from your computer. The sites you check, and their results, stay on your machine. The app only talks to our licence server to check your key.
Windows and Linux, one small file
A native Windows installer, and a static Linux build that runs on any distribution. The interface opens in your browser and only your own computer can reach it.

Questions
How is this different from Azvian SEO?
Azvian SEO is a web application you install on a server, for a team or for your own customers. Azvian SEO Desktop is a program you run on your own computer to audit any website, with nothing to host and no accounts.
Does it work on any website?
Yes. It fetches pages the way a visitor's browser does, so it works on any public site, including one you do not own. It also works on a site on your own computer or network, because the audit runs from your machine.
Does it send my audits anywhere?
No. The pages are fetched from your computer and the results are kept there. The only thing the app sends to us is your licence key and a random identifier of your installation, to check that the key is valid.
Does it track keyword rankings or backlinks?
No. It audits what is on your pages and how they are served. It does not do rank tracking, keyword research or backlink data.
Does it need the internet?
To audit a website, yes, because it has to download the pages. The licence is checked online once when you activate, then every few hours, and the app keeps working for a week if it cannot reach the licence server.
Will Windows warn me when I install it?
Early builds are not yet signed with a code-signing certificate, so Windows may show a SmartScreen warning the first time. Choose "More info" and then "Run anyway". We are getting a certificate, and the warning will go away.
How do I buy it, and what do I get?
You buy through Gumroad, which takes the payment and adds any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies where you are. Gumroad gives you the download (the Windows installer and the Linux build), and we email you your licence key straight away. Start the app, paste in the key and press Activate. One key works on up to 2 computers.
Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment. Our refund policy applies: if the app does not work as this page describes, email hello@azvian.com with your order number within 14 days and we will either fix the problem or refund the purchase. The details are on the refund policy page.
