Azvian Affiliate Manager is an affiliate and referral program you run yourself, not a network that keeps a cut of every sale. People apply on a page of your own, get a personal link and discount codes, and sign in with an emailed link to watch their clicks and earnings. Sales on Gumroad are credited by the discount code the buyer used; leads from your website's contact form are credited through a simple API, and earn a commission only when you mark them won. Commissions wait out your refund window, suspicious referrals are held for your review, and payouts are recorded in one step with a PayPal file ready to upload.

Affiliates see their own numbers, with no password
They ask for a sign-in link by email, which works once and expires. Inside they find their link and discount code, their clicks and earnings, payments made to them, and ready-made wording to copy. Customer emails are masked.
Sales, leads and the ones worth a second look
Every referral shows what it earned and when it becomes payable. A lead earns nothing until you enter the deal value and press Won. A referral that looks off is flagged, and its commission stays held until you say it looks fine.
Pay everyone in a few clicks
Everyone who has reached the minimum is listed with what they are owed and how they want to be paid. Download the PayPal mass-pay file, upload it to PayPal, then record the whole batch as paid in one step. Each payout closes exactly the commissions it covered.
Know who is worth the effort
Clicks, sales, leads, conversion and commission per affiliate for any period, with a day-by-day view. Export the per-affiliate table or every referral as a CSV.
A sign-up page of your own
Share one address. People apply with their name, email and how they plan to promote you, and accept your terms. Approve them yourself, or let anyone in automatically.

Credits sales by discount code
Gumroad cannot carry a cookie into its checkout, so each affiliate gets their own discount code. When a buyer uses it, Gumroad tells the app and the affiliate is credited. A refund reverses the commission.
Credits leads from your website
For services and quotes, a small script remembers who sent the visitor and your contact form reports the lead. Nothing is owed until you mark it won and enter the deal value.
Protects your money

How do I buy it, and what do I get?
You buy through Gumroad, which takes the payment and adds any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies where you are. Gumroad gives you the download, and we email you your license key straight away. Install it, then paste the key into Settings, License in the app. One key works on one site.
Is there a refund?
Our refund policy applies: if the product does not work as this page describes, email hello@azvian.com with your order number within 14 days and we will either fix the problem or refund the purchase. The details are on the refund policy page.
Does it pay my affiliates automatically?
No. It tells you who is owed what and gives you a PayPal mass-pay file to upload, then records the payment once you have made it. It does not move money itself, so it never holds your PayPal or bank details beyond what an affiliate chooses to give you.
Which shops and checkouts does it work with?
Gumroad is built in: it credits sales by discount code and reverses refunds. Anything else, such as your own checkout, WooCommerce or a contact form, reports sales and leads through a simple JSON call from your server, with a ready-to-copy example on the Integrations page. It is not a plugin for any particular shop.
What if a customer does not use the discount code?
Then on Gumroad the sale cannot be credited, because the checkout carries no cookie. Affiliates are given a code to share with their link. On your own website, the link and its cookie do the job, and the code is optional.
Can I run more than one program?
Yes. Each program has its own landing page, commission, hold period and sign-up page, and affiliates belong to one program. One install is for one business and one licence: a second business needs its own.
What stops people cheating?
A purchase made by the affiliate themselves earns nothing, every sale is recorded once, and commissions are held until your refund window has passed. Referrals where the customer shares the affiliate's company email domain, the same customer is credited repeatedly, or many arrive within an hour are flagged, and their commissions stay held until you clear them. It is a safety net, not a replacement for knowing your affiliates.
Do you store visitors' IP addresses?
No. A click is stored with a daily fingerprint that cannot follow anyone from one day to the next, not an IP address. The link sets one first-party cookie so a later sale can be credited.
What do I need to run it?
A web host with PHP 8.2 or newer, a MySQL or MariaDB database (SQLite works for small installs), an email account for sending notifications, and a cron job that runs every minute. A browser-based installer checks your server and sets everything up.
What happens if I don't have a licence?
The software keeps working. A licence covers updates and support.
