Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

1. What you're buying

Azvian products are self-hosted software: WordPress themes and plugins, standalone applications, and self-hosted scripts. Unless a product's own page says otherwise, a purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run that product on the number of sites or installs stated for the tier you bought — it is not a sale of the underlying source code's copyright, and it does not include hosting the software on our infrastructure.

2. License keys and activation

Paid products are activated with a license key tied to your purchase. Deactivating an install frees up that activation slot for use elsewhere within your license's limits. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing a license key outside the terms of your purchase is not permitted.

3. Updates and support

One-time purchases include free updates for the major version you bought (for example, every 1.x release of a product you bought as 1.0), and email support at hello@azvian.com. A new major version (such as 2.0) may be sold as a paid upgrade; the version you bought keeps working. Subscription products (where stated) include updates and support for as long as the subscription is active.

4. Free products

Products distributed for free (including anything listed on WordPress.org) are provided under the license stated in that product's own files — typically the GPL for WordPress plugins and themes — with no warranty of any kind.

5. No warranty

Azvian software is provided "as is." We work to fix real bugs reported to us, but we make no guarantee that any product is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose. You're responsible for testing a product in your own environment before relying on it in production.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products change. Continued use of a product after an update to these terms means you accept the revised terms.
